EXPO CHILI RECIPE
2 LBS BURGER (BUFFALO WORKS WELL)
8 OZ. DICED ONIONS
16 OZ DICED TOMATOES
16 OZ RED KIDNEY BEANS (OR PINTOS)
16 OZ GOLDEN HOMINY
8 OZ TOMATO SAUCE
5 OZ ROTEL GREEN CHILI TOMATOES
4 OZ TOMATO JUICE
2 TEAS MINCED GARLIC
1 TEAS SALT
1 TEAS PEPPER
1 OZ. WILLIAMS CHILI SEASONING
Brown burger. Include onions for last 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 45min - 1 hour. Refrigerate over night and re-heat to complete blending. Enjoy.
