• Skipout, Spring Creek and Black Kettle recreation areas are closed to hunting.

• OHV use is regulated by the U.S. Forest Service.

Blue River Public Fishing & Hunting Area

All hunting is restricted to shotguns or archery equipment only.

A Blue River Conservation Passport is required for all persons who enter or use the Blue River Public Fishing & Hunting Area, unless otherwise exempt. This license does not allow any fishing or hunting privileges. Exemptions include: persons who possess a resident or nonresident annual fishing or hunting license, a resident combination fishing/hunting license, a lifetime resident or nonresident fishing, hunting or combination license, a senior citizen fishing or hunting license, or a disability fishing or hunting license; a lifetime disabled veteran combination hunting and fishing license; residents under 18 years of age on the first day of the calendar year; and students and instructors participating in bona fide educational tours or activities sponsored or organized by an educational institution or any other organized event sanctioned and approved in advance by the Department. Holders of the two-day resident fishing license and the five-day nonresident hunting or fishing licenses are not exempt from having to purchase a Blue River Conservation Passport.

Camp Gruber JMTC

Hunting will only be permitted on designated days and areas as allowed by the Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG). In addition, all area users must attend an OKARNG unexploded ordinance (UXO) briefing and possess a UXO permit before entering the area. Permits are valid from July 1 to June 30 and must be renewed annually.

Rabbit, Squirrel: Same as statewide season dates, except closed from the opening day of deer archery season through Nov. 30 and closes Jan. 31. Shotgun or rimfire only.

Pursuit with Hounds: Open to raccoon hunting only, Dec. 1 - Jan. 31.
